A native Washingtonian, he received his B.A. in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City and completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Howard University in Washington, DC. Dr. Siram further refined his expertise during a fellowship in Hip and Knee Surgery at the renowned Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic. He also trained at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital in Orthopedics and Adult Reconstruction, gaining comprehensive experience in joint replacement surgery.
His surgical interests include minimally invasive partial and total knee joint replacement surgery using both standard and patient-specific custom instrumentation, the muscle-sparing anterior approach for hip replacement with the use of the specialized Hana table, and complex revision surgeries for hip and knee joint replacements.

My appointment was his last of the day on a Friday and it felt like he was more focused on getting his weekend started instead of assisting me with the issue I went to him for seeking relief. After 4 visits with this doctor and pursuing his recommended course of action, was finally told by him that my issue did not fit within his specialty.
