What should a new client know about working with you?

I take an integrated, evidence-based approach that considers the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Treatment may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), PMT (Parent Management Training), and psychoeducation. Care is tailored to each patient's age, needs, goals, and family dynamics, with practical strategies for daily life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide personalized, developmentally informed care for children, adolescents, and young adults. I begin with a comprehensive evaluation of emotional, behavioral, developmental, academic or work-related concerns, overall mental health, and gather past personal and familial history. I then create an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, behavioral strategies, psychotherapy-based interventions, and parent education. For young adults, I also address the unique challenges of transitioning into greater independence and adulthood. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment, and supporting lasting emotional and behavioral well-being.
