Hi, welcome to THE WELLTHY PROJECT. I'm a dual board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with nearly 14 years of clinical experience, and I applaud you for taking the first step toward prioritizing your mental health.
I believe mental wellness is an ongoing project that evolves through different stages of life. As our circumstances, responsibilities, and identities change, so do our emotional and psychological needs. My role is to help you gain clarity, understand your symptoms, and develop a thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plan that supports your goals.
I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma-related symptoms, mood concerns, and other common mental health challenges. I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and life stages, whether symptoms are new, longstanding, or have become more difficult during a period of change.
Within my general adult psychiatry practice, I have particular clinical interests in adult ADHD and executive functioning difficulties, as well as women's mental health, including PMDD, postpartum depression and anxiety, perimenopause, hormonally influenced mood symptoms, and later-in-life ADHD diagnosis.
I also offer neurodivergent-affirming care, recognizing that every individual experiences and processes the world differently. My approach is respectful, individualized, and collaborative, creating a supportive environment where patients feel understood while receiving evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to their strengths, challenges, and goals.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
