What should a new client know about working with you?

Services offered: Intake evaluation:$450 The initial intake appointment is a focused evaluation designed to better understand your current concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment. During this visit, we will review your psychiatric, medical, and medication history, discuss what has been affecting your well-being, and work toward identifying an accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment plan. 30 Minute follow-up: $250 This visit is designed to monitor your progress, adjust your treatment plan, and provide ongoing support as you move forward. These sessions allow us to build on the work from your initial evaluation and continue refining what works best for you. 15 Minute follow-up: $150 This brief visit is intended for patients who need a medication refill or quick check-in between standard follow-ups. It allows us to ensure your treatment remains safe, effective, and up-to-date.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take a thoughtful, evidence-based, and collaborative approach to patient care. I begin with a comprehensive evaluation to understand each patient's symptoms, life circumstances, and treatment goals. Then we develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, psychotherapy, and practical strategies for improving overall well-being. I believe patients do best when they feel heard, respected, and actively involved in decisions about their care.
