Prior to joining Oula, Georgette began her nursing career at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center before serving as a Labor and Delivery nurse at NYU Langone Health. She is also a Certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator with years of preparing parents for labor, birth and postpartum care. Georgette is passionate about advocating against racism in healthcare, particularly in obstetrics.
Georgette received her MS in Nursing from the College of Mount Saint Vincent, an Advanced Certificate of Midwifery from SUNY Downstate Midwifery, and her BS in Nursing from the University of Delaware.
