I use a weight-inclusive, anti-diet approach grounded in Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size®, with the goal of helping people move toward more freedom, trust, and connection with food and body. I specialize in treating eating disorders. With two years of experience in higher levels of care treating eating disorders and co-occurring conditions, I know how to hold space for both the hard and hopeful parts of recovery. In my sessions, you can expect empathy, active listening, and deep validation—but also honesty. I’m not afraid to name barriers I see getting in the way of healing, while holding space for where you are emotionally and what you’re ready to explore. I use motivational interviewing, active listening, and a touch of playfulness to explore barriers, reframe old narratives, and spark new ideas about what healing can look like. I believe you deserve to understand the “why” behind everything we do, so I encourage questions and share nutrition science in a clear, judgment-free way. I love working with those curious about what life might feel like without food rules, even if that comes with fear or doubt. If your goals include enjoying meals with friends or baking a family recipe without guilt, I’d love to support you. I’m here to help you reclaim joy and meaning in your relationship with food, body, and self. Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, reading, yoga, playing guitar, and spending time with people I love.
