What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is heavily informed by my background in Kinesiology. I firmly believe in treating the whole person, not just managing a diagnosis. Because of this, I integrate a deep understanding of the mind-body connection into our treatment plans. We will look at how physical movement, lifestyle factors, somatic awareness, and physiology intersect with your brain and mental health. You can expect a warm, compassionate, highly personalized style where your unique biological, psychological, and social needs are at the forefront of every decision we make.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to truly understand your history and goals. My clinical practice is dedicated exclusively to precise medication management and interventional psychiatry assessments. While I do not conduct traditional talk therapy myself, I do offer integration therapy sessions, which are sessions combined with ketamine or Spravato treatments. I strongly believe in a collaborative approach, and would also partner with your existing therapist. This ensures your care team is always on the same page, providing a seamless, comprehensive treatment plan that is fully tailored to your own healing journey.

Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
