They messed up my blood work and it took way longer to receive the results even though the lab was able to send them back quickly (according to the date). The concierge is difficult to get in touch with and their online portal does not work. It was quick to see the PA but it was not a positive experience.

I contacted the office for a refill appointment. The provider got the prescription wrong, my birth date wrong. So when I went to the pharmacy they stated they had no prescription. I then had to call the office over 5 times to get them to correct the order. They constantly made numerous errors such as wrong quantity and refills that I have to call back the office to have the provider to correct the order. I finally gave up and once I realized they got the prescription wrong and didn’t have the care to fix it. I have been without medication for over a week. They also tried to make it seem like it was a error on my on behalf when it was not. I work in healthcare and have place many orders myself so something that should have taken all of 5-15 minutes taking over 10 days from the date of appointment is uncalled for. Overall a poor experience and I will not be utilizing this office again.

I did specify I was looking for relief. Dr was trying to prescribe Tylenol or that I can go to er so they can give me 02and IV therapy so that they can administer a po medication for migraine. It seems she’s afraid.

I searched for this doctor on Zocdoc and this doctor was available in my area for a phone visit. I get the appointment and she’s based 8 HOURS AWAY!!! Not only did they provide the wrong doctor but a doctor extra far away and still took my money just to tell me they couldn’t see me. Waste of time and money.

I paid for an appointment that was useless. I used ZocDoc for a reason and booked a virtual appointment because I work 7 days a week and 16 hours a day. I was told I needed to drive 4 hours to be seen after the virtual visit for my prescription to be written for me. This needs to be told to people prior to booking the appointment. This service and office wasted my hard-earned money and time.

My appointment showed up as a different reason than why I actually needed to see the doctor. The office contacted me at least a dozen times for things like my address, which I'd already filled out both on Zocdoc and their own portal. The appointment was last week, and I still don't have the order/referral the NP gave me. I already contacted them once and it's obvious that they didn't consult the NP before answering my question about my referral.
The office seems disorganized / faced a lot of clerical errors during my visit. My actual doctor was great! And everyone was nice enough. But I won't be using them again.

When I made the appointment I put clearly I need blood and hormone test. When I came there, the receptionist marinated me for around 30 minutes, making me fill out their forms all these stuff. I change my day plan for Sunday because of the appointment. Plus, they needs my call. I called them and told them: I would like to have blood and hormone test. They said. But after 30 minutes they told me, they are not able to provide a blood test. If they can't why they did not tell me that from begging?

I was charged for an appointment where I was not only not helped with the problem I searched for through the platform’s search function, but I wasn’t even given a solid suggestion for a referral for treatment. I was told during the virtual visit that she would send a prescription to my pharmacy and to have a follow-up appointment a week later, only to be called immediately afterward and say that neither of those things would be happening. The suggestion was to seek another provider in-network; isn’t that what I just tried to do on this platform…? And now I’m throwing money away to be told to do the exact same thing again? Maybe this provider/office need to update their options to reflect what they can actually treat. The lack of integrity here (with receiving no actual care) is astounding.

The PA was wonderful and straightforward to talk to, and addressed my needs quickly. The office forms were a little tricky to fill out via text. The office's emails should specify that they call to collect the co-pay before the assigned appointment time; otherwise the appointment doesn't happen. But overall, a positive experience and I would schedule with them again.

I wish there was an option to submit photos for my appointment ahead of time since it was for a skin concern and it was very hard to show/see well via video. The prescriber ended up just sending in a generic prescription for hydrocortisone since she said she couldn’t see the skin condition well enough and couldn’t even tell me what it might be.

I was pleased with the entire experience. Seeking help can be trying these days and the outline Zocdoc has created made it easy to follow and accomplish. My medical condition requires the maintenance of taking one medication.
The help I was seeking with this platform was to get a prescription written until I can find a doctor near me. Nothing else. The representative recognized I was familiar with my condition after speaking with me and getting answers to questions they had before proceeding.
