“My time with Gianna was life changing. She rehabilitated me from fad diets and eating disorders. With her guidance and encouragement, I was able to learn how to stay consistent with a balanced diet, how to track macros and gain confidence in myself again. I strongly recommend Gianna for anyone that has “just tried everything” and can’t seem to lose weight, keep it off, and or improve your gut health. She’s brilliant and kind, couldn't ask for anything better. Worth every penny! ”

“I highly highly recommend Gianna. The amount of knowledge she has about nutrition as it relates to many conditions, pre & post natal, etc. is astounding. I’ve worked with many RDs, and, Gianna is by far the best!!”

About Gianna Beasley

I’m a GLP-1 girlie and a registered dietitian specializing in helping women who, like me, are taking GLP-1 medications. Navigating the world of GLP-1 medications can be challenging, and I’m here to be your guide, supporter, and bestie on this journey. As someone who uses GLP-1 medication myself, I truly understand the ups and downs that come with it. From managing side effects like nausea and fatigue to finding the right foods that work with your medication, I’ve been there. I also know the unique struggles of dealing with PCOS, insulin resistance, and the need for medication to help manage these conditions. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver and my Master’s in Human Nutrition from the University of Houston. In my practice, I focus on kindness, empathy, and understanding because I believe every woman deserves a compassionate approach to her health. My goal is to help you feel empowered and supported, whether you're just starting on GLP-1 medications or looking for ways to optimize your health and nutrition. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that not only addresses your nutritional needs but also helps you navigate the challenges of GLP-1 medications with confidence. You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to help every step of the way. We’ve got this together, hand in hand! I also work with women on additional health issues like hormonal imbalances, gut issues, weight management, weight loss, sports nutrition, and more!

Gianna is such a warm comforting energy! She is the first healthcare professional that actually listened to me and validating my symptoms and feelings. I had been dismissed so many times and she really made me feel comfortable and heard. Without her help I wouldn’t have been able to help repair my cycle and GI issues.
Gianna is very attentive to what you need & makes your health her top priority. she has a no nonsense approach, but is still very kind and reassuring when she’s creating a plan with you.
