“Making an appointment on line was quick and easy. I was able to be seen the same day which was great as I had the day off already. I went to the wrong building but once I found where to go they were pleasant and the receptionist was easy to work with. They have a tablet where you fill out information and it was very easy to use. I only waited about 15 minutes before taken back to a room. A short prescreen was done to discuss issues of why I was there before the PA came in. She took the time to listen to my concerns and examined everything I had concerns with. She explained things I needed to know thoroughly and provided me with what I needed. Checking out and making a follow up appointment was quick and easy. I was hesitant about going at first as I had never been there before but everyone there made me feel comfortable. ”
