Through fully virtual care, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy — all in one place. What should a new client know about working with you?

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I offer integrated care — combining therapy and medication management when appropriate. I draw on CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and more. All care is fully virtual.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Here is what you can typically expect when working with me: 1. Initial Evaluation (First Session | 50–60 Mins) Assessment: We will discuss your current symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, and lifestyle. Treatment Planning: Together, we will establish your goals and create an initial treatment plan, which may include medication, therapy recommendations, or lab work. 2. Follow-Up Sessions (20–30 Mins) Monitoring: We will review your progress, track symptom changes, and evaluate medication effectiveness or side effects. Support: We will adjust dosages as needed and incorporate supportive therapy and coping strategies. Maintenance: Once you are stable and meeting your goals, appointments will become less frequent (e.g., every 2 to 3 months) to maintain your wellness.
