My approach to therapy consists of a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; and Behavioral Interventions. I have a significant amount of experience working in military; veteran; and first responder communities. I am confident in my abilities to help assist patients outside of those communities as well.
