I am an experienced registered nurse, behavioral coach, and certified case manager with excellent client management skills. I recently earned my PMHNP-BC certification for medication management and psychotherapy. I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Walden University. With 34 years of registered nursing experience serving clients with medical and behavioral diagnoses, I am both a good listener and an action-oriented clinician. Over ten years of my nursing career have been spent building telephonic nursing skills. I have developed a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients to identify gaps in care and resolve those gaps through education and referrals. I am a customer-service-focused clinician.
