What should a new client know about working with you?

I have helped people from all walks of life including community-based settings and private practice. I provide a safe place to express yourself and heal. I am licensed in CA and HI providing both in-person care and telehealth visits and am contracted with most PPOs, TriCare, Triwest, Medicare, Optum, Evernorth, and HMSA coming soon.

We are in-network with most PPO plans i.e. Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, TriCare, Triwest, Medicare B, Optum Behavioral Health, Evernorth. Carelon and HMSA are coming soon. We file claims to your insurance company for our contracted plans. A superbill can be provided for those who wish to bill their own insurance. All copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or any account balances are due by the time of visit and can be paid via the patient portal, by calling the office to authorize payment, or by Zelle. We accept fee-based clients who either do not have insurance or are out of network, on a sliding scale depending on complexity of care.
