Dr Bansal was very thorough and very patient to a me as a new patient. He was very up front and did not beat around the bush. He also would make sure I understood exactly what he was saying and did not use much medical jargon.
Front desk nurse was very upbeat and this was refreshing and relaxing for a new patient.
Would recommend.

The receptionist was super kind and helpful but after waiting an hour and 15 minutes to be seen, Dr Bansal was very rude and dismissive! Please do not see this doctor if you have legitimate concerns...office visit lasted approximately 5 minutes! Very unprofessional demeanor for the doctor!

Dr. Bansal was wonderful for my new patient appointment today. I have been looking for a Primary Care Doctor, and was lucky to get in with Dr. Bansal quickly for an appointment. His team was wonderful! Dr. Bansal was welcoming, kind, super knowledgable, and listened to my (many!) questions about the horrible back pain I've been experiencing lately. I'd highly recommend Dr. Bansal's office.

Dr Bansal is great until he isn't. He offers verbal arrangements frequently during appointments but doesn't note his own words. It leaves him frustrated when you say "yes you said that" and he just says it wasn't written down. Many treatment options seemed to be explored from an angle of "insurance will pay" as it's frequently said when he wants to run near unnecessary labs and xrays. First appointment he mentioned beginning a relationship so I didn't have to come in just to fill my prescription. In a year of seeing him this has never been honored a single time.
Dr Bansal is knowledgeable in around addiction and adhd which is why I chose him but seems to have his focus on money over patient care.
Office ladies have been great.

The doctor spent more time with me going over my symptoms and working on possible causes than my last 4 doctor visit combined. I was impressed that he didn't seem to be in a hurry to get to the next patient. He listened to me and provided feedback on my concerns. I will be returning.

I've been going to Dr. Bansal for years, he is sometimes gruff, but that is just his style, and it actually speeds up the time he needs to see you.. I dread the day he retires.

The Dr. was clinically informed but, in my opinion, due to the time of service that he's put into the field he's a bit de-sensitized to the customer service side of the business.
In addition to this, please note customers, his secretary repeatedly (3 times) tried to force me to sign her additional office paperwork regarding promises to pay if insurance does not - this is implied already. As I refused the 3rd time the secretary gave me an ultimatum that the doctor would not see me. I had to clearly indicate to her that this tactic is 'illegal' and is regarded in the medical community as a 'forced signature' by the doctor's office.
I've been to this doctor 3 times and am looking for a new more customer-friendly doctor since I am new to Columbus.

My wife and I went to see doctor and it was waste of time/money for me. This consultation did not help at all and I felt that there were lot of unnecessary details asked which had no relation with the disease. When it came to talking about disease I got an answer that "I don't know it either." I would never visit again.
