I spent more than a decade as a bedside nurse, specializing in obstetrics and nursery care, before transitioning to rural health clinics, where I provided comprehensive care to patients across all age groups. For the past 14 years, I’ve focused on private practice and telemedicine, specializing in women’s health, hormonal therapy, sexual health, and urgent care. My approach is rooted in functional and holistic medicine, allowing me to address the root causes of my patients’ concerns and develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs. As a certified menopause provider through the North American Menopause Society (NAMS), I stay at the forefront of the latest treatments and research to deliver the best possible care. My professional affiliations include the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG), American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP), International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH), Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Society, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and Golden Key Honor Society. I am also fluent in Spanish, which allows me to connect with and support women from diverse backgrounds. I understand how personal and vulnerable women’s health can feel, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll build a plan to help you achieve confidence, energy, and well-being at every stage of life.
