Lady at the front desk took my I.D and insurance card she had me fill out a small amount of paperwork. And while I was seated I was already called in about 5 minutes later. Well before my appointment time. the nurse that I had was amazing super friendly and the doctor was just as good. Couldn’t have asked for for a better experience. Doctor took care of all my needs would %1000 recommend him. will be coming back for checkups and any of my health concerns. book while you can because the slots fill up fast.”

If I was writing this review on Dec 5, I would have said Dr Laspina seemed to care and looked my dad in the eye and told him he would help with his brand-new terminal diagnosis. Fast forward 3 weeks and the doc completely turned his back on my dad. Home health requested a hospital bed for safety, assistance, and minimizing his fall risk. This MD will not sign the order without an in-person appt. He refused a video appt. Home health already did the eval he needs, but he is still refusing. His office staff thought it was funny that my dad was able to walk in the office on Dec 5 but is unable to ambulate without assistance 3 weeks later. Insensitive and disrespectful, at best. They refused to complete FMLA paperwork for a caregiver unless the patient comes in the office for another appt. Sure sounds like their top priority is not the patient but making sure they can bill for anything you need. Run from this office! They don't care about you at the end of your life.

First time I’ve been to the doctor in decades that I’ve actually enjoyed the visit. Dr La Spina was amazing to talk to. He actually listened to everything I said, we came to very quick solutions and the overall visit with him and his staff was amazing.
I typically dread going to the doctor because it takes hours. I was seen immediately, and was out in a timely manner, and he took the time to talk to me. Wow, I can’t praise the office enough for my experience. Keep up the good work and helping people.
