A trained adult psychiatrist with more than 15 years of experience in the New York area, I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders for patients ages 18 and older. If you are struggling with symptoms of depression or depressive episodes, social anxiety or panic attacks, bipolar depression, or related mental health conditions, know that healing is possible – and I’m here to help guide you along that path.
During treatment, you deserve a psychiatric clinician focused on your total healing through psychopharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions. I believe in taking a holistic, collaborative approach to this care, providing you with the array of tools you need to help you function optimally and get back to your best self.
At all times, you are assured a compassionate and understanding environment free from judgement while navigating the various stages of life. These may include work or relationship stresses, peri- and post-partum periods, and mid-life transitions. No matter your struggle, we work together to find the treatment plan best suited to your needs and recovery goals.
My interest in this field began in high school, reading stories about patients struggling with unmet mental health needs. This led to my pursuit of psychology in college in addition to my pre-med studies. Over the past nearly two decades, I’ve continued to dedicate my studies and focus on helping diverse populations struggling with mental health issues.
Outside the office, I love spending time in nature! Yoga, long hikes, walks around the neighborhood – any way to be part of the great outdoors.

Dr. Rodriguez is absolutely amazing and I am incredibly grateful to her. She is kind, caring, down to earth and really helped me with my anxiety in ways I really could not imagine. The medication she prescribed was not only a great fit, but she was on point about dosage, and I would highly recommend.
