The registration process was super easy, and when it was time for my video appointment Gloria was ready right at our scheduled time! We did have some issues with video/sound not working so we had to hang up and try again, but we got it resolved quickly. My son (3) interrupted our appointment but Gloria was so understanding and kind! She felt very welcoming, already reviewed all of my information so there was minimal questions, and the appointment in total took about 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend and I will for sure be seeing her again!

The front staff was very nice and even called 4 minutes before my arrival to verify that I would be coming into the office or preferred the telehealth option. The office was clean and organized. The provider had excellent patient skills. She was knowledgeable in many different areas and normalized any struggles/challenges while also on board with what I came for (an annual exam). The provider did not rush through the appointment and genuinely appeared interested in my health and wellbeing.

She’s was so kind and nurturing and listened to my concerns and needs. Got me the perception needed and fast! Definitely not what I expected for a telehealth visit! I actually wish she was located near me so I could make here my new PCP!
