I enjoy working with my clients through trust, respect and achieving mutually set goals. My approach is to provide professional evidence based client centered, holistic and individualized care through medication management and psychotherapy. As an expert in my field, I understand the various challenges and barriers that exist and through developing a therapeutic rapport, we can work together in achieving our aim.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My job is to provide you with the help and support that is needed to thrive and to improve your quality of life and functioning. We will work together to develop a realistic plan by using your strengths and working on your weaknesses. Being very knowledgeable in medication and psychotherapy, we can mutually come up with the best treatment regimen that works for you. I am very flexible with my schedule and is always available to work with you
