The office itself was dark and dingy. All the paperwork I filled out online they then wanted me to do again when I arrived. It took 30 min just to get checked in. I saw Dr. Alcaraz who was very kind and informative. I asked her how long it would be to get my bloodwork results and she said a couple of days. I go back to get my blood drawn and the little office they do it in was cluttered and dirty looking. When I went to do my urine sample, I had to go out into the building's restroom because the clinics restroom was broken. It was embarrassing having to carry my own pee around. When I went to check out, the receptionist said I wouldn't get my results for two weeks and it wouldn't make sense to make a follow up appointment until I got the results, but she didn't even know what I was there for. I trusted the doctor that my results would take less than a week but I never got a phone call. I decided to call them today and they said they had the results. They had them five days ago.

I was very impressed with my first time experience at this clinic and it exceeded my expectations. I needed an urgent appointment, used the ZocDoc App and discovered this provider who was close, highly rated and had an opening same day.
I was welcomed by Melissa at the front desk, then continued with Lorelei (sp?) my medical assistant and then the provider Grace Alcaraz, P.A. - I could not be more pleased. The front office, vitals station and exam room were clean. Grace Alcaraz, P.A. was easy to talk to. We thoroughly discussed my concern. She proceeded with an exam, more discussion and a treatment plan. Her caring, competent and professional manner was appreciated. I look forward to my follow up care. I recommend this healthcare practitioner.
