I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health provider specializing in the treatment and management of psychiatric disorders such as trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and many more, with years of experience in the specialty, through a patient-centered, evidence-based approach. With a strong foundation in mental health care and years of clinical experience, I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can openly address challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and more complex psychiatric conditions.
Through telehealth, I aim to make high-quality mental health care accessible, convenient, and stigma-free. My practice emphasizes collaboration, active listening, and tailored treatment plans that respect each patient’s unique needs and goals. I am committed to empowering individuals to achieve stability, resilience, and improved quality of life — no matter where they are.
Whether providing medication management, supportive therapy, or psychoeducation, I believe in treating the whole person with empathy, respect, and professionalism. My goal is to help every patient feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their mental health journey.

This provider was extremely impersonal and appeared to have no knowledge of my current medications or medical history, which made it seem as though little to no preparation had been done before my appointment. During the visit, a treatment plan was discussed, but the office was unable to obtain the records they said were needed to move forward. I was then left waiting for over a week with little communication or follow-up.
The only way to contact the office was through text messages, which often felt generic and automated rather than personalized. Throughout the entire process, I never felt informed, supported, or valued as a patient. What was most disappointing was that no one from the office reached out to apologize for the delays or take ownership of the situation.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of my time.
