With a strong foundation in mental health care and years of clinical experience, I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can openly address challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and more complex psychiatric conditions.
Through telehealth, I aim to make high-quality mental health care accessible, convenient, and stigma-free. My practice emphasizes collaboration, active listening, and tailored treatment plans that respect each patient’s unique needs and goals.
