What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide active listening and a Patient-centered approach to treatment. YOU WILL BE A PART OF YOUR TREATMENT PLAN. To Help Clients Identify and resolve their Inner Conflicts. People are the experts of their own lives and can identify their ambivalence in a nonjudgmental environment. I strive to create a comfortable environment where you can be yourself. I am here as someone who you can confide in, but I will also challenge you to grow and be the best you. After doing a complete psychiatric Evaluation of you, I will help you to identify your inner conflict and insecurities. Together, we will come up with a treatment plan after your diagnosis. Since I am an educator, I will educate you on the medications that I am prescribing to you, and also coordinate your care with therapy.

Very helpful and great bedside manner
My first with Grace was not what I was expecting. It was better than I thought it’d be! It was my first time meeting with a therapist, so I was nervous. She made me feel welcome, she didn’t rush the session, she listened well and gave me great advice and inspiration. I look forward to meeting with Grace again next week.
Dr. Grace has changed my life. After 10 years of living with chronic depression (since childhood), I am finally finding parts of my own humanity that my heart or soul (or whatever it is) has completely forgotten about. She knows what she’s doing and put me on a combination of medication that is helping me find the UNDILUTED happiness that I haven’t felt since I was 10 years old.

I came completely broken and filled with anxiety. I was prescribed many different medications that only seemed to make my symptoms worse. Mrs. Grace was able to find the best medication for my diagnosis and I feel so much better. I now have hope that I will return to my old self.
