About Grace Hensold

Hi, I'm Grace Hensold, a Licensed & Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) at Nabi, offering personalized nutritional counseling to support mental, emotional, and digestive health. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from Bradley University and completed my Dietetic Internship at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. With over seven years of experience, I focus on helping individuals navigate disordered eating, stress-related eating behaviors, and chronic condition management. I'm passionate about providing culturally affirming care, especially for Latinx/Hispanic and LGBTQIA+ communities, recognizing how identity, cultural values, and personal experiences shape one's relationship with food.
