I value honesty and curiosity, and I encourage clients to bring their whole selves into our sessions. Together, we will build trust and work at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. My approach emphasizes evidence-based care for anxiety, depression, trauma, mood-related concerns, sleep-related difficulties, and related conditions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first few sessions will focus on getting to know you, your history, strengths, and goals for treatment. From there, we’ll create a plan that may include medication management, therapy support, and practical strategies for everyday wellbeing. Follow-up visits are designed to check progress, make thoughtful adjustments, and ensure you always feel supported. My approach is steady and collaborative, with a focus on improving stability, mood, anxiety, sleep, and overall quality of life.
