Building strong, trusting relationships is at the heart of my practice. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered on their path to mental wellness. My treatment philosophy centers on trust and mutual respect, which I believe are essential for lasting, effective care.
As a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I offer a holistic approach that integrates both physical and mental health. This combined perspective allows me to conduct thorough assessments, provide medication management, and offer therapeutic support tailored to each person’s needs. My clinical focus includes treating anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, mood disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). By blending my background in primary care and preventative medicine with specialized mental health training, I aim to support the whole person.
