He completed a fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Orthopedic Physicians Associates in Seattle, Washington. He has extensive training in routine and advances reconstructive techniques of the foot and ankle as well a general care of foot and ankle disorders. Dr. Koldenhoven was born and raised in Iowa. He attended Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa. He attended the University Of Iowa College Of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at St. Louis University.
