I love Dr. J but calling in for a telehealth appointment was awkward. I spoke with a nurse ahead of time but when I went onto the video call with Dr. J he had no headphones in and there was a lady sitting behind him in the office and it did not feel nearly private enough given the topics discussed. I felt reasonably uncomfortable in the setting.

He made me feel very welcome! If I was being nitpicky, I would say he didn't listen as intensively as I would've liked. Aside from that, he walked me through some of my concerns and gave some good advice on how to be healthy at my desk job.

A bit of a long wait but otherwise great experience. Listened very well, and gave very clear feedback and info. Bonus for good personality and fun to talk to, which is nice as it lightens up the atmosphere for those (like me) that get slight nerves at doctor appointments.

Great experience with Doctor Juenemann. He diagnosed my issues immediately after an initial examination and his suggestions were well thought out and could be acted upon immediately.
Only slight problem was the delay with seeing him. A heads up that he was busy would have been useful but not a massive issue for me.

I went in to discuss getting back on my ADHD meds. I have a diagnosis and over 10 years of 504 accommodation paperwork. I had previously been on my meds for 10+ years. I was essentially told to “suck it up” and to “deal with it” as he believed that since I was not on my meds now, I did not need them at all, even despite my significantly different living and working environment. It was clear he had made his decision within minutes of meeting me and I did not feel completely heard, nor did I agree with his assessment. This felt less like a consultation and more like him pushing his personal beliefs onto what I know I need to best succeed. I am not saying he is incompetent, rather that he seems to believe that he knows more about his patients mental well being than they do. I cannot speak to his abilities as a doctor, but I can say that he did not take me seriously and did not seem to have any interest in inquiring about my situation after, maybe, 5 minutes of conversation.

Great first visit. The staff is amazing and very well put together. Their facility is awesome, very clean. Dr. J is very sweet and thorough. He took his time, clearly went over everything with me on helping me refill my medication. If you’re getting your blood drawn ask for Joseph. I hate needles and and Joseph drew my blood without me feeling a thing. My husband is looking forward into make his appointment as well after hearing great my visit went.
