Dr. Gregory Smith is a dedicated and diligent ear, nose, and throat doctor and head and neck surgeon serving the communities of central and south New Jersey. His offices are centrally located in East Windsor and Marlton NJ. Dr. Smith attended Drexel University, where he received his medical degree, and completed his residency in otolaryngology at Thomas Jefferson University.

It was so pleasant to be able to explain what bring you to see him as a doctor since I was not please of how I was treated as a patien with my previous ENT. I like to get information when I ask a question to a doctor and not that response you in vage way leaving you more confuse. Like that Dr. Gregory Smith was sharp in defining an approach and stablishing treatment for the priorities and on next appointment he will then analyze the resulrt of the CT prescribe and define the best plan of action to the hearing loss in rigth ear. He treat you as an important part of thier office.

I've had chronic sinusitis for decades. After a bad bout I went to a local urgent care in mid August and was treated with Augmentin, as typical. I was feeling better but a couple days after the Augmentin was completed, the symptoms started coming back. I returned to the urgent care to see if an alternative treatment was possible. It was suggested I see an ENT. I had a flight to Alaska scheduled just two weeks later and felt it was impossible to schedule an ENT in the short time. Urgent care referred me to ZocDoc, which I had never heard of. I followed through and found some ENTs that had quick availability. I was impressed with what I read about Dr Chris Smith so I scheduled an appointment. Originally I was going to see him before my vacation flight and follow up with an ENT closer to me. I live in Delco PA and he is in Marlton, NJ. I learned more about sinusitis, and my issue in particular, during this visit,than ever before. I will continue to see him. Dr. Smith was excellent. I highly recommend him. I was impressed by the fact that he took the time to read over my symptoms/allergy history that were noted in my virtual check-in paperwork- most doctors ask for a description but then don't acknowledge it and ask you what's wrong instead. I didn't feel rushed and all of my questions were answered. He was very thorough with his explanations of what could be wrong and ruled out other issues. Aside from the prescription he gave, he also let me know next steps if the medication doesnt work after a couple of weeks and was one step ahead of himself.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Smith! The first word that pops into my mind is....FINALLY!!! I have been searching, and searching, for an ENT, who would listen to my symptoms, concerns, and honestly, treat me like a human being. I have been to almost every ENT, South Jersey has to offer...all purported to be top docs, in their respective fields, and renowned for their ability to troubleshoot and problem solve more advanced/tricky/complex cases. Not one of those doctors holds a candle stick to the thoroughness, expertise, and bedside manner, Dr. Smith offers his patients. I really felt hopeless, prior to my visit with Dr. Smith...now I can say for the first time in years, I found someone who is not only willing, but also wants to help me heal and get healthy again. I am not typically one to take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so. Thank you, Dr. Smith, for treating with the utmost respect, and caring. They don't make docs like you anymore.

He repeating things to me multiple times which was nice, because I was able to digest what he was saying way more then I usually feel with doctors. I often feel rushed and like they just want me in and out, but he didn’t make me feel that way. I could not ask for any better treatment than I received by Dr Smith. He is knowledgeable, thorough and communicable. He provides sufficient detail for any patient to understand. He also took time to listen to my history as well as my more recent experiences with my problem and my desire for clarification of my condition. Procedures that were not really necessary were reviewed and postponed with a reference to future reviews as might be required. My life partner also feels we will both be future patients and recommend Dr Smith to our organized social group for their consideration.
