Dr. Tsai provides ear, nose, and throat care to adults and children for hearing loss, sinus disease, allergies, hoarseness, and swallowing problems. He has special expertise in sleep medicine - both non-surgical and surgical treatment; Eustachian tube dysfunction, and scuba diving medicine. He is board certified in both otolaryngology and sleep medicine and is on the DAN (Divers Alert Network) referral list for scuba diving medicine.
He does a variety of office-based procedures, including inferior turbinate reduction, Vivaer procedure for nasal valve stenosis, balloon sinuplasty, balloon Eustachian tube dilation, and radiofrequency ablation of the posterior nasal nerve (Neuromark).
Dr. Tsai earned his Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine, completed his residency in otolaryngology at The Mount Sinai Hospital, and holds a bachelor's degree from Princeton University.
