Getting to know Gretchen Aich

Hi, I’m Gretchen, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP, ANCC) with a Master of Science in Nursing from Lewis University. I help children, teens, and adults manage anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, and substance use concerns. I offer care in both English and Spanish and bring experience from emergency departments, inpatient psychiatry, outpatient clinics, and private practice to support clients with a wide range of mental health needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I use evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care while tailoring treatment to each person’s goals, values, and lifestyle. I believe meaningful progress happens when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In sessions, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where we work together to develop a clear and personalized treatment plan. Whether you’re seeking therapy, medication management, or both, my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and confident in your path forward. I welcome you to book an appointment and take the next step toward better mental health.
