She finds joy in helping each client discover their unique path to food freedom and vibrant health, blending evidence-based strategies with time-honored traditions. Gretel graduated summa cum laude in Nutrition and Dietetics from Brigham Young University. She completed her dietetic internship at the VA St. Louis Health Care System. (Not related to nutrition, she also recently earned an MBA!) She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, allowing her to serve a diverse client base. When not working with clients, Gretel enjoys exploring local farmers' markets, practicing hot yoga, hosting slow and intimate dinner parties, and spending time in the mountains. She finds that connecting with nature and people reinforces her belief in the healing power of a balanced, mindful lifestyle.
