I have received training in various treatment approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapies, Trauma Focused Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and play therapy. In addition, I am a certified Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapist. In my approach, I keep the client’s individual needs in mind and work in a safe and collaborative manner.
