Having seen some really kind and attentive doctors, I found Dr. Kaur's beside manner quite terse and standoffish in comparison. First visit was otherwise okay. But her office staff is not very competent. Like the nurse who drew my blood - she was visibly nervous about it and couldn't find my vein for a while, and when she finally did it really hurt! Then the receptionist messed up the scheduling of my follow-ups because of which my next two appointments got delayed by a whole month. And then one of her assistants tried to reschedule a teledoc appointment without even asking me. Like she just called while I was in a meeting and went "we're doing this now", no "can we meet early" or "do you have time to meet now"... That was really rude and obviously I couldn't do it because I was at work. So at the originally scheduled time Dr. Kaur showed up looking pissed and was super curt again, like it was my fault. Just a really unpleasant experience overall.

Dr was very rude. prescribed me medicine for anxiety, and when I had a bad reaction to the medication it took over a week to speak with her. she told me she wasn't qualified to treat my anxiety, so I asked why she would prescribe me this kind of medication and she told me I was being unproductive and hung up the phone. very mean and rude doctor.

Dr. Kaur was a pleasure to chat with and very friendly. She seemed to have reviewed my chart before she walked in and was well prepared to discuss my medication with me and make changes that I felt were needed. She was very easy to talk to.
