I booked an appointment with Dr. Garcia here through Zocdoc. I thought I was going to a regular doctors office, but when I arrived, it seems more like an urgent care. I was also then told that it would be unrealistic to expect to see my doctor within the next hour and a half, so I left. I would not recommend booking an appointment with any specialist here, there was absolutely no regard to keeping appointment times. The receptionist was very understanding when I said that I was leaving, but that doesn’t change the inconvenience of coming to an appointment that the doctor had no intention of keeping.

The wait time was unbelievable. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment scheduled time. After I had been waiting for 35 minutes, they told me I would have to wait AT LEAST another hour. Super crowded office.

Staff and Doctor were good and professional. The place was nice but crowded. When people were called they only called once and people missed their turn. The wait was an hour which I was not use to. Most places I wait at the most 20 minutes.
