Convenient to Berwyn, Wayne, Devon, Malvern, Phoenixville, West Chester, King of Prussia, Ardmore, Bala Cynwyd, Delco, West, and Center City Philadelphia. Due to demand, we ask that you please contact us PRIOR to booking an in-person experience. iMatter Wellness is a micro-practice specializing in the mental health care of children, adolescents, and young adults. We see children as young as 5 years old. How is the school year going? Is your child struggling academically, socially, or emotionally? Are you dreading incoming phone calls between the hours of 8AM and 3PM? Have you wondered or has a teacher suspected your child might be depressed or have ADHD? We can still turn this around, establish services for your child today! Report cards will be coming with time to improve before the end of the school year. Schedule an appointment to discuss your concerns and child's needs. Together we will plan for success! We provide psychiatric evaluation of children (ages 5-20) and adults (21-55), medication management, CBT, parenting support, and service coordination/referrals.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
