She was very knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. She took the time to listen and even went out of her way to recommend that I see a dermatologist for a second opinion regarding my condition after I mentioned that I had started to give up on finding a solution. I really appreciated how proactive and supportive she was. Overall, she was easygoing and made the visit comfortable.
