Hello! I’m Hailey Jun, FNP-C, the Family Nurse Practitioner and owner of Mango Wellness Clinic. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with a unique perspective as a Korean-speaking healthcare professional. My goal is to create a supportive, culturally sensitive environment for every patient.
With extensive experience in organ transplant, postpartum care, medical/surgical and medical/oncology across Maryland and Virginia, I am trained to manage a wide range of medical conditions. I focus on developing personalized care plans that address your specific health needs and goals, whether for preventive care, chronic condition management, or acute illness treatment.
I initially majored in chemistry at Ewha University in Korea, but after moving to the U.S., I discovered my passion for healthcare. I earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Nurse Leader from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and have worked at institutions such as the University of Maryland Medical Center, Inova Fairfax/FairOaks Hospital, and Reston Hospital.

This is the first time I have gone in for a 45 min appointment and the doctor was there the whole time. She sat down and listened to my symptoms, and while my condition is a more specialized diagnosis, she worked with me to get some tests that I have wanted for a while. NP Hailey Jun was everything a healthcare provider should be: Informative, intelligent, kind, reassuring, patient, positive & helpful. I found her randomly on zocdoc last minute & was able to schedule an appointment/complete the forms and see her within an hour. Great medical care is hard to find in this area & after just one appointment it was clear that she is one of the best. At no point in time did I ever feel rushed & she asked multiple times if I had any more questions. She listened to my concerns and had a professional & warm demeanor. I have a long history of anxiety from being mistreated by doctors in the past and have dealt with many 3 minute long appointments with doctors who don’t even pretend to care or take time to listen. I immediately felt at ease with FNP Jun and I wish all medical professionals had her level of compassion & care. She’s a wonderful practitioner and I’m eternally grateful I found her today. My prescription was sent in immediately. Highly recommend.
