I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a Master’s in Nursing from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. I have worked in a wide variety of clinical settings but truly enjoy providing care and support via telehealth. I specialize in mental health medication management and offer a personalized, holistic, evidence-based approach to treating mental health conditions.
My approach
Together, we can develop a plan to restore your mental health and achieve your goals. In addition to prescribing psychotropic medications, we can incorporate lifestyle interventions, nutrition counseling, therapy modalities, and more to help you find hope and experience sustainable life changes.
My focus
My primary patient populations are children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with depression, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and substance use disorders.

I am passionate about helping you heal, find hope, and thrive in life. I provide a safe and empathetic space so we can work together to achieve your mental wellness goals. I believe mental wellness comes from all aspects of your life, and we will incorporate this into your treatment.
My first session with you
To ensure a productive first visit, please complete your intake form in advance. During our initial session, we will conduct a full mental health assessment and evaluation. There will be many questions, especially about your medical and mental health history. Once the evaluation is complete, we will discuss a treatment plan tailored to your needs to get you on the road to feeling better as soon as possible.
