What should a new client know about working with you?

I love working with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity exploration. I take a collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based practices, trauma-informed care, and positive psychology. I view therapy as a partnership rooted in trust, curiosity, and respect for each client’s lived experience. I believe that even small shifts in awareness, self-compassion, and behavior can create lasting transformation over time. You won’t be rushed or judged, we move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling understood, supported, and clearer about your next step.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I help clients create a space where they feel safe to explore what’s going on internally without judgment. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative.Together, we work on understanding patterns, building emotional awareness, and developing practical tools to manage stress, relationships, and life transitions. I aim to support both insight and action, helping clients feel more connected to themselves and empowered in their daily lives. In session with me, you can expect a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where you can show up authentically and feel supported without judgment. We move at a pace that feels right for you, balancing reflection with practical tools you can use in everyday life. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and clearer about your next step.
