“Dr. Hamid Hassanzadeh was professional, patient, and genuinely attentive. He really listened to why I came in — especially meaningful since he was the umpteenth doctor I’ve seen — and he took the time to understand my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment. He offered thoughtful, educated options and made me feel heard and supported. The wait time was short, which I appreciated, especially given how many specialists keep you waiting forever. His staff was friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. It was also a huge relief that he’s in-network with my insurance. After seeing several out-of-network doctors with shocking out-of-pocket costs, finding someone knowledgeable, accessible, and affordable made a world of difference. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Hassanzadeh.”

I visited this office for acute back pain and received exceptional care. The doctor was highly professional, attentive, and made the entire treatment process seamless. I felt heard and well-cared. I highly recommend their services.
good doctor, Dr. Hasandazeh, however, the assistant, Keona, is less than satisfactory. first, she provided a new patient form only 50 minutes prior to the appointment, while I was en route to the office, then when I arrived there, she supplied links that were nonfunctional. Considering my physical discomfort and anxiety about my health, coupled with the stress of a hazardous journey on icey paths, her ineptitude only exacerbated the situation. Then after my visit, I forgot to ask one question to the Dr, she gave me a vague answer adding " I know what Im saying" Dr walked by I asked him he gave me a diferent answer, luckily I didnt rely on her. But most importantly, the prescription was not submitted to the pharmacy. Upon contacting the office this morning at 9 am, I was informed that Keona sent the prescription to the wrong location after I confirmed the adrss with her twice she even repeated the adress! medical practices must employ experienced staff!
