“ I had been receiving therapy services elsewhere for a long time without realizing there were specialized therapy options that better fit my needs. When I came to My Care Clinic, Dr. Majili was honest and transparent with me. Instead of keeping me as a client, she explained that she was not specialized in the specific therapy I needed and helped me find a therapist who was. That experience truly showed her integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients. It was clear she was focused on what was best for my healing, not financial gain, and that meant more to me than anything. ”

This experience changed how I view mental health care. It felt human, respectful, and centered on healing—not just treatment.
Always direct without being harsh. And absolutely always helpful
As a parent, finding someone I could trust with my child’s mental health felt overwhelming. From the first visit, I felt heard and reassured. My child felt comfortable, and I felt confident knowing we were supported every step of the way.
I had been receiving therapy services elsewhere for a long time without realizing there were specialized therapy options that better fit my needs.
My teen was hesitant at first, but this provider made them feel respected and understood. I saw a noticeable shift in their confidence and emotional regulation within weeks.
My daughter was very shy and rarely engaged during sessions with other therapists, which always worried me as a parent. Through Hamida and her team, everything changed. They were patient, gentle, and truly met my daughter where she was, allowing her to open up at her own pace. Over time, I saw her become more comfortable, more expressive, and more confident in sessions and at home. Seeing my child feel safe and understood has made all the difference for our family.
I had a very positive experience during my visit. Everything was well organized, staff were welcoming, and my needs were addressed promptly.
As a parent, finding someone I could trust with my child’s mental health felt overwhelming. From the first visit, I felt heard and reassured. My child felt comfortable, and I felt confident knowing we were supported every step of the way.
What stood out most was the holistic approach. My concerns about sleep, stress, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing were all taken into account—not just symptoms on a checklist.
I came in feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start, but I left feeling grounded and understood. The provider created a calm, safe space that made it easier to open up than I expected.
For many years, I was taking multiple medications with little to no improvement, and it felt discouraging not knowing why nothing seemed to work. Dr. Majili was able to order GeneSight testing, which helped identify which medications were more likely to work for me and which ones were not a good fit. I didn’t realize the testing could also show whether I might need a lower or higher dose, which made the process feel much more precise. With this information, my treatment was simplified from six medications down to just two, and the results have been life-changing. For the first time, my care felt targeted, thoughtful, and truly effective.
During one of the hardest periods of my life, I lost my job and my health insurance at the same time. I was terrified I would also lose my mental health care, but this provider never turned me away. Instead of discharging me, she worked with me and continued both therapy and medication management at no cost for several months until I was able to get back on my feet. That level of compassion and humanity changed everything for me. I didn’t feel abandoned when I needed support the most, and I truly believe that care and consistency helped me stay stable and hopeful until I found a new job. I will never forget that kindness.
The medication management process was thoughtful and never rushed. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt included in decisions rather than pressured. That alone reduced so much of my anxiety.
