Although I have a diverse range of experience, I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma, domestic violence and abuse, and other emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal issues. What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is often client-centered as I adapt my approach depending on the client I am working with, but I tend to work from an existential/humanistic, CBT/DBT, and psychodynamic approach.
