I am 22 years old and was terrified for my first OG-BYN appointment. The second they brought me back they made me feel as comfortable as possible. When Hannah walked in I informed her that this was my first time, she asked me if I wanted her to talk me through everything she was doing and made it clear that if I wasn’t comfortable or wanted to stop to say so. My favorite thing she said to me was “This is your appointment, it is your choice on what we do and don’t do”. She was so understanding and considerate. I couldn’t have been more comfortable in her hands.

I felt comfortable talking about everything that I had on my mind and overall the experience was smooth

She was very friendly. She read the notes from the nurse prior to coming in and didn't ask me questions I had already answered. I felt heard and she ordered further testing instead of brushing me off.
