About Hannah Bergren

Hannah Bergren, CNM, is passionate about women’s health. She holds a graduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas Tech University, along with a Master’s degree in Nurse Midwifery from Vanderbilt University. With a commitment to empowering women and patients, Hannah is dedicated to ensuring they are listened to, heard, and educated about their healthcare choices. Previously, Hannah served as a home visitor for the US Army in Germany, providing prenatal, postpartum, and newborn education for military families. Prior to that, she practiced as a full-scope midwife at a respected birth center in Savannah, Georgia, where she honed her skills in labor support, physiologic birth, and sexual health. She then joined Diana Health’s Smyrna office, and is now providing telehealth services to women across all Tennessee locations. Hannah is happily married to Danny, an officer in the Army. Together, they share their home with their beloved 10-year-old dog, Jax Bingley, who enjoys long walks and snuggles. A passionate traveler, Hannah had the opportunity to visit 17 countries during the two years spent in Germany. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and playing board games with her husband.
