It was a great experience for me. I saw that she was trying to explain as much as possible about my symptom. They have a great system allowing me to ask a refill without visiting and also ask the doctor about my condition at any time(email or phone).

I had no wait at all when I got to the office and the staff is great!
Dr. Chung was awesome, she spent a ton of time with me discussing my reasons for seeing her. I didn't once feel rushed during my time with her.

Great doctor. Great Bedside manner. Clearly explained everything in simple to understand anatomy pictures on the computer monitor and made sure I understood everything before I left the office. Very good experience.

Needing a new PCP after moving to the Chestnut Hill area, I found Dr. Chung online. I've seen her a few times and every time is great. She is very nice and really seems to care about her patients. She was also very understanding and professional about a rather sensitive concern that I had (although I wouldn't have expected anything less from my previous interactions with her). She also suggested getting some tests done to be thorough about this concern, and her ideals of being preventive really align with mine.

She was wonderful! The office staff was also very helpful and friendly. I kind of got lost on the way (stupid me) and called the front desk staff and the lady who picked up was very helpful (and understanding). I definitely recommend Dr. Chung and this office and this will be my primary care while I'm in Philadelphia! Just look for a house-like building, not an office-type building and you should be all set. :)

I am looking for a new primary care provider because of ridiculous wait times and if this first visit is any indication, I have found it! I actually didn't even have time to finish my paperwork before the nurse was there to take me to the room. And the receptionists and Dr. Chung were so very personable! It was such a refreshing change from what I've experienced in the past at my other office!!

My Primary Care doctor moved away, and I had been with her for 19 years, so I wasn't excited about finding a new doctor. My first visit with Dr. Chung was incredible. Everyone at the office is so friendly and nice. Dr. Chung took a lot of time with me and carefully went over all of my symptoms. She was so thorough and answered all of my questions. I've definitely found my new doctor!
