“I saw Hannah for stomach pain because my normal provider at the practice wasn't available. She is awesome! She listened to the information I provided, and she explained what she was thinking and looking for. Her nurse was great in scheduling testing for me both near my house and at a convenient time. She was quick to get back to me with test results and clearly explained the treatment plan. I appreciate having yet another person at this practice that I feel comfortable with and trust with my health.”

About Hannah Holloran Craven
Hannah Holloran was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. In high school, she discovered her calling for helping people while volunteering at Children's Medical Center. She went on to attend Purdue University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2017. Afterward, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee, and worked as a bedside Neuro ICU nurse at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for several years. While working at Vanderbilt, Hannah developed a true passion for educating her patients on preventative medicine, hoping to keep them from returning to the ICU. This passion inspired her to further her education at Vanderbilt University, where she earned her Master's in Family Nursing (MSN) with a concentration as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2020.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Hannah values collaboration with her patients to create personalized treatment plans that meet their health goals. She believes in treating patients holistically and in a well-rounded manner. The most important thing to Hannah is ensuring every patient she sees feels safe, heard, and understood.
Hannah moved to Denver, Colorado, to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, hiking, riding her Peloton, playing with her two kittens, and learning how to ski.
