Physician Assistant (Psychiatry)
501 Davis St, Evanston, IL
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their mental health with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based holistic care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. During my undergraduate experience, I was inducted into the Psi Chi International Honor Society. I completed my Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) at Idaho State University in Boise, Idaho. I have also had the opportunity to engage in research across a variety of clinical and academic settings, including Massachusetts General Hospital and Northwestern Hospital. Throughout my clinical training, I worked with diverse patient populations across the lifespan—from pediatric patients in partial hospitalization programs to older adults in the VA system. I have experience supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, substance use disorder, and trauma-related disorders. I recognize that seeking help can be a vulnerable step and I am committed to walking alongside my patients as they work toward improved mental health and overall well-being. Clinically, I utilize a patient- and family-centered approach, integrating empathetic listening, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based medicine into my practice. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their care. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and collaborative treatment planning tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. As a North Shore native, I am excited to serve the Chicagoland community that helped shape me. I look forward to building meaningful connections with my patients and supporting them on their path toward healing and growth.
