Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Now accepting patients. Many people I work with are managing life, work, and relationships but feel things getting heavier or harder to navigate. They may notice more anxiety, mood changes, irritability, trouble focusing, or just feeling “off.” Their goals often include finding steadier emotions, less overwhelm, better sleep or focus, and a sense of control again. Most of all, they want someone who listens, is honest, and works with them to feel healthier and more grounded.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help clients navigate anxiety, mood changes, trauma-related symptoms, depression, and general overwhelm. My approach is practical and supportive, focused on finding treatment options that fit your life. If you’re ready for steadier days, I’m here to help.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My style is collaborative, clear, and compassionate. I use evidence-based medication management and take time to understand your history, symptoms, and goals so we can make decisions together. Your 1st session is a relaxed conversation about your symptoms and what you hope to change. I gather your history, answer questions, and help you leave with direction.
