Haoxin “Eileen” Yin is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University and earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Eileen is passionate about mental health and the people who struggle with it.
As a provider, Eileen aims to educate others as well as herself about what mental wellness and illness look like to a variety of people with diverse life circumstances. She is especially passionate about the stories of marginalized populations and strives to provide accessible care. Eileen is committed to ensuring that her clients have the resources they need not only to overcome their current struggles but also to succeed and thrive in the future.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I believe the best quality of healthcare comes from a collaboration between provider and client. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, and I am open to each and every client’s unique perspectives.
My services are for medication management rather than traditional therapy.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I do my best to meet my clients where they are in creating treatment plans that consider their individual circumstances and comfort levels.

She was nice but, I didn’t feel truly listened to. I came to her during a on-going manic episode and wasn’t getting the help I needed. I was having alot of issues on the medicine prescribed and it felt like she kept brushing off the side effects I was sharing.

Did not have a good experience with this provider. She was giving me a hard time when I asked for name brand. Keeps pushing for generic. Plus she was forcing me to schedule before I knew my availability. I asked her to please let me schedule when I’m 100% sure of my availability and she hanged up on me. Plus they only offer virtual. I prefer in person. Before she hanged up I asked her how come they charged me twice and she said she had no idea. Not a very professional answer. Not going back to her for sure.

My most recent televisit was not ok. I was spammed with multiple messages a day for 3 days proceeding my appointment and the day of from 4 different phone numbers. Numerous calls from 2 numbers, more voicemails. It was about 30 messages total over 4 days. I suffer from ADHD and anxiety and I asked them to stop.. they did not. Logging into their system was a nightmare. From the 4 numbers texting me they had 2 numbers telling me to check-in one way which brought me to a website that asked me to do my personal information, medical history, and fill out disclaimers. This was not the check in at all even though the texts said it was. This information was already filled and saved. When I tried to access this website through the email they sent, which was yet another way to check in, it was still the wrong site BUT this time my information was saved... There's 3 phone numbers to call, but the one to call to check in to my visit or me on hold for 10 minutes. full story was too long.wrote email
